Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Brentwood, Tennessee, Delek US Holdings serves oil companies, independent refiners and marketers, jobbers, distributors, utilities, transportation companies, government entities, and independent retail fuel operators across the southwestern and south-central United States. In recent developments, the company completed the sale of its retail business assets to a subsidiary of FEMSA for approximately $385 million in October 2024 and expanded its share repurchase authorization by $400 million in September 2024, increasing total available funds to about $562 million.
